Fond du Lac Concrete provides concrete contracting services for residential and commercial customers in Fond du Lac, WI and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, retaining walls, garage floors, pool decks, steps, and related flatwork and structural concrete.
All services are subject to a written proposal and signed agreement between Fond du Lac Concreteand the customer prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
On-site estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation. An estimate represents our best assessment of the cost of the described project based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not binding contracts.
A formal written proposal will be provided before work begins. The proposal will include the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total price. Prices stated in a signed proposal are binding for the scope described. Any changes to scope requested by the customer after signing may result in additional charges.
We are not responsible for price changes caused by unforeseen site conditions discovered after work begins, including but not limited to buried utilities, unstable soil, or previously unknown underground structures. We will notify you promptly if such conditions are encountered and provide a revised cost before proceeding.
Project start dates are estimated and subject to weather, material availability, and crew scheduling. Concrete work requires specific temperature conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule pours if weather conditions are outside the acceptable range for safe and proper concrete installation. We will communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. If materials have already been ordered or permits have been pulled on your behalf, you may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred to that point.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project if a customer fails to provide required access to the work site, fails to make agreed-upon payments, or creates unsafe working conditions.
Payment terms will be specified in your written proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts are required to recover unpaid balances, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys fees.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified at the time of proposal. Payment by credit or debit card may be accepted at our discretion and may include a processing fee.
We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind our craftsmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written proposal or project agreement.
